Hey, guys. So, one of my favorite shows isn't released in my country until next year (as far as I'm aware) so I've been wondering if websites like Kisscartoon are safe, and if not, is there a safe website where I can watch cartoons (no anime) for free?

As of today and yesterday kimcartoon.li won’t let me watch more than 40 seconds max without pausing, and switching to other servers either does nothing or makes it worse (p2p is the best at the moment, Fx is a tad worse, and the other two don’t work at all) so basically the whole site is unusable for me atm :( Any troubleshooting advice?
If not, what is? I googled kisscartoon and a bunch of links to kisscartoon.is showed up saying they were the ofiicial site of kisscartoon.
Other posts are years old and I was hoping that something new has appeared in the last year. wco.tv is good I guess, but it's a max of 720p and a lot of the time the videos there have the wrong frame rate (24fps instead of 30fps so frames are being missed).

There's a sticky of mostly working alternatives, but if the owners of kisscartoon are to be trusted, the .io version was made by hackers, is not safe to use, and has tried to take down the real kisscartoon many times.

While it was turned off fairly quickly, it should be noted that they now have a history of pulling stuff like this, and therefore, it is best practice to be using uBlock Origin and NoScript while using that site even though it is safe now because they have tainted their reputation.
