Cut the barrel back to 18" ((I would recommend 18.5", just to safe from LEO's who THINK they know how to measure a barrel length properly) with a vent rib, IF the rib has a support stanchion in the right location, square up and crown the muzzle, drill and tap for a picatinny rail, relocate the bead, you are looking at about 3 hours work to do it right, two if you have the right tools.
