What exactly are the premium benefits lol? I've seen the hourly notification but I have no clue what the benefits are. You get x2 xp x2 money x2 strength x4 more stats and x2 more spins daily. mount maki is probably the best in my opinion, there are 2 quests thats are near each other and really really easy to do (you can practically 1 shot them with with apollo sand 3rd or shado c spec) all you have to wait for is the 5 minute cooldown. Ember village on a private server is my favorite.

After it runs out you won’t be able to use your tailed beast for like 15 minutes. You type !tentacion when mode is activated on any stage and it gives vella high stats but it cant be turned off until md runs out. After using tentacion has 15 minutes cooldown, even if you reset.
Just xeno dokei first mode with apollo sand last move is enough for small bosses. If you're doing big bosses like susano'o or tailed beasts, worm sage mode and any big c spec (susano'o, or xeno 2nd mode) and just spam m1s. shado and iron sand for normal bosses, shindai akuma and typhoon for tailed beasts.
