Go to Settings > System > Notification and actions to see if it is listed there. In reply to Patti Fisher's post on June 21, 2023. Hold down Windows+R > type control.exe > find Programs and Features > check this list to see if McAfee is still present on your computer. If you don't have this program, please share the popup you see.

Scroll down to McAfee, click the 3 dots on the right hand side and uninstall Restart the computer. To ensure it's completely removed, download the McAfee Consumer Product Removal Tool.
