Then I can simply go back to my default user and anytime I wanna run the game as the other account I just make a shortcut steam and use RUN AS that user I created. Most of the time it's marketing coming up with these stats as they want as many people to buy the game as possible and not cause potential customers to avoid a purchase. Especially on Steam, where you have almost no return policy, I would be hesitent to trust their analysis of if my PC can run a game or not.
You'll need AutoHotKey 2.0. Make a new script and delete the contents and paste the script below. Then put the script in the same folder as the game exe, and make a shortcut of the script on your desktop. When the script runs, it will start the game and minimize Steam.
