He founded Jules Montenier, Inc., a cosmetics company, and invented Stopette, an antiperspirant that was a longtime sponsor of the CBS game show What's My Line?.
After the first four episodes, the show gained its initial sponsor when Jules Montenier paid to have his product, Stopette spray deodorant, featured in advertising on the program.
