BugMeNot is an Internet service that provides usernames and passwords allowing Internet users to bypass mandatory free registration on websites.It was started in August 2003 by an anonymous person, later revealed to be Guy King, [1] and allowed Internet users to access websites that have registration walls (for instance, that of The New York Times) with the requirement of compulsory registration.
In most cases, the address for a secure website will start with "https." The "s" indicates that the site is secure. In addition, most browsers display a small picture of a lock on the browser frame at the bottom to indicate that the site is secure; however, just having both these features doesn't make a site legitimate.
When you open the email, you'll also see the Certified Mail banner above the message details.
