The league manager can click on the "LM Tools" link, then Edit Rosters. Select the team and then edit the team as LM or as a player. If it's as a player, it will appear as if the player makes the change and follows the same restrictions a non-LM would have (locked rosters for instance).

Check your league settings and see if waivers are on a reset each week according to record order or move to last claim order. I run a work league through ESPN (not my first choice, but o well) and we have settings set to move after last claim. Because of this, the reverse draft order determines the waiver order, and it never resets.
This week, a few people raised the idea of expanding the league to include more teams/owners. The main arguments are to accommodate some friends so they can join, extend the season a bit longer, and increase the amount of money in the pool. So, we discussed going to a 14 team league, but now the idea on the floor is to go to 13 teams.

In the past (and as of early July 2017), you were able to see ESPN's default projections in the Players --> Projections tab. Currently, you can see this ranking in the "Full Projections" view, but when you click the "Sortable Projections" to get this list, it auto sorts by most points, which makes the top picks all QBs.
