The only way you can wirelessly charge the MagSafe battery is by plugging the lightning port on the iPhone with the battery is attached. The iPhone will wirelessly charge the battery. You can't charge the MagSafe pack by placing it on any MagSafe charger unfortunately. So yeah, very limited wireless experience with a MagSafe battery.

It sat at 100% for months after buying but since using a Magsafe charger the last 2.5-3 months, the battery health has dropped 6%. When I owned the iPhone 11 Pro last year, I saw a similar more rapid decline of battery health once I started using a wireless charger.
