Lululemon GEC offered me a $100 E-gift card after receiving a pair of damaged WMTM leggings. I was so grateful and excited they were able to essentially give me money back! However, it's been over 3 days and I haven't received the gift card. They said I should receive it 24-48 hours but I'm wondering if I should keep waiting or follow up on this.

Either you need to go to a lululemon store and purchase a giftcard for the same amount or there is a website called gyft where you can purchase lululemon giftcard using your visa giftcard as long as you registered the visa giftcard to your name and address.
