I will give an honest review on my experience with Spark Driver. In contrast to other delivery apps, I say don't bother signing up for this slave wage. My very first order was a shopping order and it paid $30+ it was worth my time and effort- all was good. The second offer was 2 drop-off orders for $17.00.

A Spark driver is the process that creates and owns an instance of SparkContext. It is your Spark application that launches the main method in which the instance of SparkContext is created. It is the cockpit of jobs and tasks execution (using DAGScheduler and Task Scheduler). It hosts Web UI for the environment.

If I understand correctly, assuming that a worker wants to send 4G of data to the driver, then having spark.driver.maxResultSize=1G, will cause the worker to send 4 messages (instead of 1 with unlimited spark.driver.maxResultSize). If so, then increasing that attribute to protect my driver from being assassinated from Yarn should be wrong. But still the question above remains..I mean what if I ...

  11. What do you guys average weekly earnings wise? I’m new to Spark...

    www.reddit.com/r/Sparkdriver/comments/vgjwd7/what_do_you_guys_average_weekly...

Spark is something I do for supplemental income for my shitty retail job. Lately I've been taking it slower because it seems like I end up chasing my tail with gas prices . Prior to May I was doing $350 a week but I was spreading it out 6 days a week (2-3hrs a day). Now I do it 4-5 days (2-3hrs a day) and make like $200-250, playing the waiting game for close curbsides and in store shops ...
