Daily challenge solitaire won't load. Suddenly today I can't play my Daily Challenge solitaire games. It said to check the internet connection, but it's working fine, as I am able to get into other games like Mahjong and word games. Is this because it is Jan 1st? I have been playing this every day for years, and want to continue.

My apologies on this in-game experience and this depends if there is a glitch on your account whenever you are trying to play the daily challenge for Sudoku which makes it unplayable and for this you can also submit a ticket to the casual games team about this particular daily challenge so that they can look into it.
Kindly repair the game by following the steps below: "Windows Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > Search for the game > Advanced Options > Repair > Restart your PC." Give back to the Community. I managed to resolve the problem by going to 'settings' then 'apps' then 'apps & features' then I scrolled down to Microsoft solitaire collection, clicked on it, chose 'advanced options', scrolled to 'reset' and clicked on it. When I then went back to the daily challenge, the 'download error' message had gone and I was able to connect successfully.

That is obviously not accurate, because today's (July 24) Daily Challenge includes an Expert level Spider Solitaire game that cannot be won under any circumstances. On the Microsoft Solitaire console , I can select Daily Challenge, the screen displays Loading, then stops, and exits completely. All other functions (e.g. playing different solitaire games ) appear to be working ok. I am only having issues with this account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) . Other accounts have no issue.
The individual games (Klondike, Spider etc run OK) but attempts to change Themes returns 107_113_11302, Star Club returns 107_113_11304, Awards returns 107_113_11305, Event Calendar returns 107_113_11306.
