06-18-2024. Payne + Dolan has informed us there will be some limited night time operations at their Muskego asphalt plant located on Crowbar Road. The work is currently scheduled to start June 24th and be completed by November 29th. Night time hours are considered to be 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
