Customer: AOL: I can not log into my e mail. The AOL screen normally used has my name and password XXXXX so all I normally do is click in the spaces and the info comes up. However, when I do that the next screen says the name and password XXXXX not match. Please, do not email your answer because as stated above I can not get into my e mail.
The correct username is ***** ***** Account Settings and in the Switch screen name area of "Sign Off". My problem is that this change (properly noted in Account Settings) is not registering in the sign on screen. This must be a software problem. I am considering re installing AOL desktop 9.7 as a new program and not just updating an existing one.
