Basically going into command prompt, typing the following command. “C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\bin\SteamService.exe” /repair” and then press Enter. 2. Reinstalling Steam. 3. Power cycling the modem. 4. Running Steam as Admin. None of these work and I am losing my patience.
Is there a way to set custom images for the grid banner images that are displayed when viewing the library in big picture mode? Note that I am not talking about the poster images that are displayed by the new library. I have some games (especially non-Steam games) that do not have a big picture banner image. If you accidentally clicked the big picture button: 1) Click the "Menu" button on the bottom left corner (or ESC, or Ctrl+1). 2) Select "Power". Then click "Exit Big Picture Mode". How To Access Old Big Picture (6/15/23) Steam has pushed changes that replace the old Big Picture Mode with a new BPM more in line with the SteamDeck UI. The old BPM is still needed for many users who have settings that have not been carried over. Luckily it is still accessible through this method.

Right click the panorama folder, go into properties, then go to the security tab. This is where you can edit permissions for said folder. You should see multiple groups, such as "System", "Authenticated Users", "Adminsitrator" and so on. Click "edit".
It is not in the Regular client settings, only in Big Picture Mode's settings. Open Big Picture Mode. Click on Steam/Menu in the bottom left corner. Select Settings.
