Agreed. If he can get a League MVP, or OPOY, or even an All Pro mention, he’d be a shoe-in, but if he retired right now, he wouldn’t get in. To me, the HOF is for the best of the best, and Stafford, as much as I love him, has maybe cracked the top 5 QBs in the league 2 or 3 times, and the rest of the time, he's hovered around top 10.
Stafford will never get a roughing call. Having a "tough guy" or "physical" reputation works against QBs. It is how it is though. I’d rank him right around 9-10 in dynasty. I got him for Fitz and ‘22 2nd in 10 team SF. Other QB’s are Herbert and Lance/ JimmyG. I really like the stability he adds to my young QB core. In SF, I got Stafford and 2nd for fields and 4th to a rebuilding team.
