You will receive emails from Cox in advance to let you know about your email moving to Yahoo. When your email is ready to make the move, you will receive an email from Yahoo with instructions on how to do so. If you have multiple email addresses, each of them will receive their own individual instructions when they are ready to move.

I'm using Google Chrome Version 80.0.3987.122 (Official Build) (64-bit) Incognito - so no cache or history issues involved. The email login worked flawlessly until end of February 2020, except for 1 or 2 days as noted above when it looked like Cox changed the login screen to a larger, easier to read size. I though Cox had fixed the problem.
Webmail (Enhanced): I get directed to my Cox Account page as if I'd signed in to www.cox.com directly. If I click on either of the email links (i.e. 'Cox Email' at the top or 'View Cox Email' in the Internet section) it just reloads the page.
Webmail east vs. myemail. My husband and I have separate email addresses on Cox, both set up at the same time. When I need to look at our emails on the internet (instead of Outlook on our home computers), we go to different sites. His is on webmail.east.cox.net, while mine is on myemail.cox.net. I prefer the format used on his.

I also do not have email access. Been a customer for 20 years. Cox account page says no emails are associated with my account. Myemail.cox.net, android phone and thunderbird all do not work. When trying to send a email to my cox email it comes back no such email. Live chat said there is a maintenance. What is A maintenance?
