No real point in MSI center besides mystic light. But you can use it to change the LEDs and then uninstall or disable the software. All the other features like overclocking and downloading bios/drivers should be done manually. Center isn't really necessary in 2024.

MSI Center version is 2.0.31.0. Tried to start the MSI center in the following ways: - On the Administrator account. - On the Administrator account run as Administrator. - On the User account. - On the User account run as Administrator. Switched the Windows Firewall off and did the same again.

Do not uninstall from settings. Uninstall it from the folders provided exe. I have used MSI Center for the past 7 months and after running all the unins000.exe applications in the folders, I do not see Nahimic or other unwanted services that came with the original install anymore.
Dragon Center was deprecated back in 2017 or so and replaced with MSI Center. Which is absolute trash: the only thing we require MSI Center for is to register our hardware for warranty replacement, firmware updates for Mystic Lights, and VBIOS updates for MSI branded Nvidia and AMD GPUs.

I have previously used the MSI dragon center and after the MSi center comes I shift to it. But I think new features are not very much valuable than dragon center ones. I got several bug. 1. My fans speeds are not showing correctly (it's freze at 1550RPM and 1330RPM both fans) 2. didn't show GPU fan speeds and Temp. 3.
I have uninstalled MSI Center and MSI SDK. I ran cleancentermaster.exe. Removed all MSI from appdata. However, the MSI folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\MSI Center\Lib\SYS\NTIOLib_X64.sys" will not delete. NTIOLib_X64.sys is in use and can't be removed, even with cmd running as admin. I don't see any MSI apps in running processes or services.
