The ones at the airport will have a bit more expensive a rate than the ones in the city (and most major euro cities will have options in the city).

Wells Fargo has been the only place I've been able to exchange foreign currency in the past. I haven't tried getting it before leaving, but they were definitely willing to buy it off me. IIRC they wouldn't take the coins though. Wells Fargo in Cherry Creek usually has foreign currency on hand.
Schwab has a no fee, no min, checking with free TX fees at ATMs, including foreign. Thats what i use to get cash overseas. I think I'm going with Wells Fargo because I meet the age cusp to get checking fees waived for a few years. Don’t know why you’re getting downvotes lol. Wells Fargo isn’t an awful bank.
