After researching SST, I decided to transfer my loan to Discover (have to pay a slightly higher APR but have peace of mind knowing that Discover is legit and competent.) Got approved on 12/11 and on 12/12, Discover sent the funds to SST ELECTRONICALLY. Followed up with SST on 12/12 and also 12/14 to make sure they received the funds. They didn't.

8/31 I received my deposit plus the interest. My overall experience with Seedfi and SST has been good. Customer service was helpful and the process didn't seem too long from closing to deposit. I hope this helps someone looking for a time line. it definitely is a good headsup for those looking forward.

Everything with SST and Seedfi right now is shady AF. I'd hate to start paying into SST, and get screwed. For context, my loan is around 3,000. Savings 1500 and credit score 626. I got the loan to help me through a tough time, now I'm regretting it all those months ago. This whole thing is a mess.
Showed Feb's auto pay but only showed $15 applied to the interest, no idea what happened to the rest of the payment. The payments have been deducting like normal since my account was sold to them. I just call SST Customer Service (833)870-05040 there is a fax mahine tone.
Has anyone tried to transfer funds from the SST website after paying off their loan? It says please allowed up to 15 business days for account closure. I'm assuming it will take the entire 15 days. SST not providing payment info and no response from CFPB. I guess I’m screwed because everything that was on my SeedFi account now redirects me to SST. I can’t see my payment info, loan total, NOTHING. It says to “contact SST”. The amount on the SST website does not match the total I recall seeing on Seedfi.
Ive bee trying to get emails since Dec 8th. SST only has sent me transactions when they started even though I've asked multiple times for when Seedfi owned it. Then they later said you need to contact Seedfi. Contacted Seedfi and they push me over to SST. I don't even know if to keep paying.
Hello all SO i went to log into my sst account after seedfi switched it, i couldn’t log in & it said i needed to call. so i did . many many MANY TIMES. nobody answers. i haven’t made a payment since nov 2023. should i just give up. we all die anyways or will i go to jail (i have a weird fear of going to jail for things like this like once missed jury duty & had a whole breakdown)
