    I have been unable to access my email after a forced password reset as well. I have been out for five days. I've called comcast twice and was told that it is a system issue and they are trying to fix it.     In the Xfinity app on my Android phone I have: "Account" icon / Account settings / Xfinity ID & Security / Comcast email / Go to inbox. -or-. "Account and identity" button / Xfinity ID & Security / Comcast email / Go to inbox. But "Go to inbox" is just a link that opens the "connect.xfinity.com" webmail site in a web browser.

    Hi there users - had the same problem many times over. It has nothing to do with VPN. you have to log in to xfinity email via web, then click gear/settings in upper right and under email settings click on Security, then check the box 'Third Party Access Security'. Go back to your iphone mail app and add account - connected right away - no issues!!!
