Recover your Facebook account if you can't access your account email address or mobile phone number
You get an email from Facebook telling you that an email address or mobile phone number was added, or removed, from your account, or that your password was changed, and it wasn’t you. If the email associated with your Facebook account has changed, you can reverse this.
Click your profile picture in the top right of Facebook. Select Settings & privacy, then click Settings. Click on Account Center, click on Personal details, then click on Contact info. Click Add new contact, click Add email address, enter email and select account, then click Next.
