They charge my 1st, 2nd and 3rd gen pro at 29w, my 9.7 pro at around 10 watts and my iPad mini at around 15w (fast charging but half that of the pro), based on my usb c power meter. 13,106. Feb 27, 2023. #7. Another vote here for Air 5 (or a refurb M1 iPad Pro 11). The iPad 10 (A14/4GB) isn't that big of an upgrade from your Air 3 (A12/3GB) in terms of performance. Not sure how you feel about laminated vs non-laminated displays but that's a possible downgrade coming from Air 3 to iPad 10.
According to Best Buy's website they have two models of the iPad Air 3 10.5, one has 3GB and the other has 4GB. Is this a typo or are there actually two different models with different amounts of RAM? Apple tech specs don't mention how much RAM is in their iPads and iPhones. Link 1...
Feb 20, 2024. #3. 64GB Air 5 vs 128GB Pro 11. I’d go for the 128GB Pro. Personally, I’m finding 64GB quite cramped nowadays even without any music/videos/photo library downloaded. I’ve had to offload/delete apps on 64GB devices just so I can install OTA updates.
I would aim to get a Air 3 as it comes with 64GB. In the UK, you can get a brand new one for around £350-£400 compared to an iPad 8 32GB at £330 from Apple. You also get added benefits including: - Laminated display. - True tone. - Thinner design. It’s a no brainier to get the Air 3 for an extra £50 or so.
Plus Air 3 with A12 appears to have better battery life than Pro 10.5 with A10X even when the latter was brand new. From comments I've read from those with both Air 3 and Pro 11, it appears Air 3's got longer battery life compared to Pro 11, as well. Typical US sale prices: iPad 7 32GB $229-249 Wi-Fi / $379 LTE.

FYI 3rd gen 11” iPad Pro is M1. The second-gen 11” is both the A12X & 12Z. 11" yes albeit 1st gen is A12X (8c/7c) and 2nd gen is A12Z (8c/8c). 12.9" single camera is 3rd gen and M1 12.9" is 5th gen already. OP specifically mentioned one camera and upgrading for Mini-LED so I assume he's referring to the 12.9" models.
