The coupon database doesn't seem to have all the coupons, not sure if their sources are bad or if something else is going on. I've found some additional working coupons with the Honey browser extension. Honey doesn't cover every coupon though so I have to use both honey and the hf coupon database.
Zoom in on the barcode and let them scan it or you can read the number to them. though now that I look at it, the tool chest is 340lbs shipped...maybe I do want it delivered. They have an app that they frequently update coupons on. Pretty handy. I do miss the paper coupons though.

The Harbor Freight Coupon Database already has all the coupons. No expiration date and few/no “exclusions.”. It’s maddening to get a good coupon in and have nearly every brand and item excluded except for the very few that they actually intend on you buying with it. How is this different from the coupon database?
To add to this - Harbor Freight uses a third party service - The Retail Equation (TRE) to database your personal information through your State ID barcode. TRE compiles a Consumer Risk Score on you and ultimately authorizes or denies your return to the store.
Probably never will see 30% off again. Insiders will get 20% and outsiders will get 10% when they run weekend specials like this weekend. Go figure. Without the 20% coupon they are no longer competitive with Menards which has gone to a semi-permanent 11% rebate.
