    Looks like big money is on the line. The consultant, Trebel LLC, is set to make $1.7 million/year for 15 years ($1,700,000 x 15 = $25,500,000) from this program, and I'm sure the gravy train doesn't stop there and others from AEP Energy and the City are getting big payouts at the expense of ratepayers who aren't paying attention.
