Better ask that on Fu Xuan mains. To make it short, she would get the same build as usual : 2pc/2pc mix (any combination of HP%, Speed, Def% or Guard of Wuthering Snow), with either Fleet or Broken Keel for planar. First focus on HP%, then try to get some DEF% and Speed. ATK% does absolutely nothing for her : her damage scale with HP%.

Here's my current build for Acheron. This was the result of using up about 30 Fuels, the boots I got from Synthesizing. I do plan on farming that new Planar set if it's good for her. You may wanna go far a crit rate body instead of damage in this case.
C.Rate is very low, you should change your body to a crit rate one soon. And also, Glamoth isn't even her best option, and even if it was, you are just 1 point away for getting the real passive. So i suggest you to get a body c.rate and using salsotto or her new set (both will do the same dmg overall so just pick the one with better substats) 2.
