Here is defined my "old" webmail from the ISP= webmail.telenet.be. By choosing IMAP : all existing mails and all existing folders are copied (synchronised) to outlook. In this way i have now already all folders like "inbox", "sent mail", etc etc , and personal folders that where defined in webmail. AND hunderds of email message. Together 2.5GB.

Het lukt me niet meer om Telenet mails te lezen met Outlook 365 (voor alle duidelijkheid de desktop versie in Windows). Ik kan wel nieuwe account kiezen en handmatige configuratie kiezen. At the start of company Telenet, everyone had an @pandora.be as extension. At a certain time, Telenet also created @telenet.be addresses (alias I suspect) and today you can still send mails to both domain names. However, you cannot logon with @pandora.be to Telenet services anymore. I can logon with @pandora.be e-mail address for MS services.
Ik ben reeds overgeschakeld naar Proximus, maar ik kan de mailbox van Telenet nog 18 maanden blijven gebruiken. In die tijd moet ik dus mijn archief overgezet hebben, zo niet ben ik alles kwijt. Kan er iemand helpen hoe ik mijn mails exporteer naar Outlook (versie 2010)? Dank bij voorbaat. Thread is vergrendeld.

Ik begrijp dat u problemen ondervind met het toevoegen van uw Telenet-account in Outlook.com. Het account toevoegen via IMAP is helaas niet mogelijk. U kunt het account in Outlook.com enkel toevoegen met het gebruik van POP.
