The Windows 11 Education ISO is not available separately. After downloading the Windows 11 multi-edition ISO, you can remove other editions from the Install.wim image if you want. However, that may not be needed. _____

The Windows 11 ISO file should have same language as your current Windows 11 installation. The Windows 11 ISO file you will be using must be the same edition (e.g. Pro for Pro), same version (e.g. Version 21H2 for Version 21H2), and same or higher build as the currently installed Windows 11.
To do a clean install I had to download Windows 11 and put it onto a bootable USB. Not every USB will work which I found out the hard way and also, it has to boot from a USB that's formatted as ex32FAT.
