r/army. United States Army on Reddit. MembersOnline. •. FurphyHaruspex. EES login “access denied”. I am having a difficult time logging into the HRC EES. Getting “access denied” on two different computers and two different browsers on each computer. Their help desk seems to be only open M-F.
ADMIN MOD. Did HRC move their website to only allow NIPR access now?? I used to have no problem logging into the HRC website (evaluations.hrc.army.mil) from my personal computer using my own CAC reader. The last few days I haven't been able to login unless I'm using a gov't computer connected to a NIPR network.
I was in EES today on a personal laptop - no problems. I have to use DS Log On for HRC and MilConnect. CAC never works for me on those sites. I got to the site (but didn't login) There is a message saying DS login is messed up. If you're using DS login, you can call the DMD 800-368-3665. HRC is saying this is incorrect and I had to complete a NCOER on the 2166-9-2 since I am still a MSG and there is not such things as a promotable status. There needs to be a immediate change in AR 623-3 and the EES system to reflect the correct evaluation form for those selected MSGs who are attending the SGM Academy non-resident.
If you forget to hit Exit, you can always click back in and click Exit which will unlock it. You also don't have to unsign in reverse order if you are going to remove all the signatures from an evaluation. It just ends up requiring you to use the Signature Removal Tool if you go out of order. 5. Critical-Fix-9333.

Also, there is no way to change a rating chain once an eval has been initiated, except to add in a supplementary reviewer as needed. You are correct in that you can't see it, nor should you manipulate the system. HRC can keystroke log every entry into EES to see who edited what. Here's parts of 2-12: f.
