ADMIN MOD. Did HRC move their website to only allow NIPR access now?? I used to have no problem logging into the HRC website (evaluations.hrc.army.mil) from my personal computer using my own CAC reader. The last few days I haven't been able to login unless I'm using a gov't computer connected to a NIPR network.

I was in EES today on a personal laptop - no problems. I have to use DS Log On for HRC and MilConnect. CAC never works for me on those sites. I got to the site (but didn't login) There is a message saying DS login is messed up. If you're using DS login, you can call the DMD 800-368-3665. I've been trying to fix a returned NCOER and edit some of ...

Have you tried going straight to evaluations.hrc.army.mil? The HRC website was down last well, but EES was still up. EES usually has a published maintenance schedule over, which is over weekends. It’s usually published a bit late into the FY but you can see if there’s an updated one. Anyone else having issues getting onto EES right now? It ...

Many .mil sites are using outdated cryptography, such as SSL and TLS 1.0. Modern browsers have blocked the use of these algorithms. Because the government is hopelessly outdated, few seem to notice these issues. It won't be remediated until people start complaining in force. For example, I am having the same issue with https://www.ebis.army.mil ...

According to the HRC webpage; once it's with the examiner it should take about two weeks. Mine was submitted back in December and according to the Eval webpage it's still with the examiner and has not been submitted to iPerms yet. I've checked and it hasn't been kicked back, so it's been with the examiner for almost 3 months now.

HRC is saying this is incorrect and I had to complete a NCOER on the 2166-9-2 since I am still a MSG and there is not such things as a promotable status. There needs to be a immediate change in AR 623-3 and the EES system to reflect the correct evaluation form for those selected MSGs who are attending the SGM Academy non-resident.

If you forget to hit Exit, you can always click back in and click Exit which will unlock it. You also don't have to unsign in reverse order if you are going to remove all the signatures from an evaluation. It just ends up requiring you to use the Signature Removal Tool if you go out of order. 5. Critical-Fix-9333.

Also, there is no way to change a rating chain once an eval has been initiated, except to add in a supplementary reviewer as needed. You are correct in that you can't see it, nor should you manipulate the system. HRC can keystroke log every entry into EES to see who edited what. Here's parts of 2-12: f.
