I'm traveling at the moment and found a few things that have helped. These help with the download getting stuck mostly but the speed does go up for a few seconds now sometimes. 1. Go to settings in GOG galaxy. Go to the "Installing, updating" section. Turn on the Bandwidth limit and set it to 10000. Seems a high limit works better than unlimited.

1. If GOG Galaxy is running, click the cogwheel in the top left and choose Exit. 2. In the File Explorer address bar, paste and go to the following: C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\storage 3.
