    Using "Amazon.com Store Card - Synchrony" just worked for me in Windows 10 version. I did NOT delete my existing Amazon card account from Quicken. After backing up my Quicken file, I just decided to leave my existing Amazon card account alone, and just ADD another account.

    I disconnected the online service for my Amazon/Synchrony account, but the instructions you provided didn't match what I have on my screen. I'm not sure if they were for a different version of Quicken. From the account register, gear icon, there is no Download tab, only the Edit Account Details option, with an Online Services tab.

    I can no longer download transactions from my Amazon Synchrony card account. This started on July 25, 2024. The transactions are listed on my Amazon/Synchrony account but despite numerous attempts do not download into Q. When I try reactivating the account I receive numerous duplicate transactions which are too complicated to correct.

    The Amazon card is a Synchrony card. One notice I got from JC Penney (another Synchrony card) a couple of weeks ago is that Synchrony is consolidating many of their cards into a single website which means they will likely be making the types of data being downloaded common among all the cards.

    The last Amazon Syncrony transaction that downloaded to Quicken for me was on 3/25/24. Since then I have been unable to get any new transactions to download. I have reset connection, I have disabled and added back, I have even had it download transactions to a new account in quicken and still no transaction after 3/25/24.

    Sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with the Amazon store card download. When you tried to re-add the account, you chose Amazon.com Store Card - Synchrony (www.syncbank.com), yes? From what you have described, it sounds like you do have an affirmative link from your Quicken software to the Financial Institution.

    When I said a supervisor it was when I was on the phone with Quicken support. As of today I still can add the Amazon Card issued by Synchrony. I've talked to the so called Quicken support people 4 times now and had no luck in getting it fixed. Don't have the slightest ides how to get this fixed since Quicken support doesn't seem to be any help.
