Customize the Ribbon (It doesn't take rocket science) Any features that exist in Word 2010 and not in Word 2007 will not be enabled when the templates are used in Word 2007.
I want everyone in my very small organization (less than 5) to use the same tags for their documents. Otherwise, it defeats the purpose of tagging for ease of finding documents. There has to be a way to 'save' the tags (other than create a template for every type of document with the tags already embedded in the template).
