Spectrum Mobile is the worst. Their customer service department is one of the most incompetent. I have spoken to them on multiple occasions regarding errors made on our account. Please note that these happened all over the span of less than 12 months.

It took Spectrum Mobile almost exactly 30 mins to switch and port two numbers with 2 new sim cards to my two existing verizon phones and add one line. This was in a spectrum store WITH an appointment.

I honestly would recommend Spectrum Mobile over Verizon Wireless for the cheaper price and in addition Spectrum Mobile’s customer service is not a complete dumpster fire unlike Verizon Wireless. You have to keep that phone active for 12 months with SM or you have to pay back the buyout (I think). SM doesn’t pay the other carrier directly.
