And if you pay by credit card you can always dispute it via the credit company. It might be more of a hassle than disputing a google store purchase, but it won't be 0 rights

The Problem (s) with the Web Store. SWGoH launching a Web Store is honestly a long time coming. Most apps have been trying to do something similar for a few years now in order to retain more of their revenue. I assumed, that CG would want to incentivize the use of this Web Store as much as possible.
Can't connect to swgoh webstore. Question. so its been a while since the webstore was released and since the beginning i couldnt connect to it. Thought it was a temporary problem but even now I cant connect and everyone seems to have it. The only thing i see in connect is facebook, google play and link a device.
login with google. wait for your allycode to display. make sure its correct. navigate to settings. press Link to EA Connect. enter E-Mail and press Request Code. (do not close the site pls. use a new tab or something) get code from Mail. enter code from Mail and press Confirm Code. if you get a Nucleus ID you are now linked.
don't buy things on the web store. The ~2-5% savings isn't worth it. This is especially true on android where you get play points for in game purchases. But even for ios, having Apple as another potential source of remedy more than makes up for saving a few cents. you might be tempted to do a chargeback.

Sounds like the exact same problem I have. I found a workaroud. I went to ea.com and created a new account ywith my Google account as my ID provider. Their AIM system recognized that it used the same e-mail as I already have an account on and I was given the option of linking the two. I did, and now I am back in the webstore.
Web Store is fine as long as there is incentive to purchase from swgoh store over regular store since I assume you cannot get Google Play points through it and there is also some negative effects of not buying through Apple. For example if mod pack is limit 1 purchase, I guess having another copy available is a good motivator for whales ...
They all told me to do a few things: Reset your EA account password. Wait 10 minutes, then try to log into the webstore again. Change the primary email address in your EA account. Wait 10 minutes, and then try to log in again. Add a secondary email address to your EA account. Wait 10 minutes and try to log in again.
