Telemarketers and others are required to comply with the National Do Not Call Registry requirements of the Telemarketing Sales Rule by accessing this website to ensure they do not call the telephone numbers of consumers who have placed their numbers on the national registry.
To access the registry, your organization must designate someone as your Authorized Representative and create a profile. You will need to identify your organization as a Seller, Telemarketer, or Service Provider (TM/SP), or as Exempt. See "Registering and Subscribing to the Registry" for more.
